License Management
Some advanced features require a PRO license — for example, SFXP server-to-server transfer. Manage your license directly in the app.
Location: Settings → License
Checking Your License
The license page shows:
- Current license status
- Machine ID of this device
- Hardware token
You may need the machine ID and hardware token when requesting a license or a re-issue.
Offline Activation
Activation works fully offline:
- Copy the license text you received
- Paste it into the activation field
- Confirm — no internet connection required
Since no connection is needed, activation also works on machines that never go online.
Machine Binding
To prevent abuse, a license can be bound to a specific machine via its machine ID:
- A bound license only works on the machine it was issued for
- When moving to a new machine, request a re-issue for the new machine ID
PRO Status Across the App
Once a valid license is active, your PRO or dev status is indicated throughout the UI, and the gated features become available.
Not Sure What Needs PRO?
The most common PRO feature is SFXP server-to-server transfer. All other features work without a license.
